Sign in help
Reset password via email
To reset your password, click Reset My Password.
- You will be asked to verify your email address and the security questions that you entered the first time you signed in.
- You will be sent an email with your login name and a temporary password.
Ask your Administrator to reset your password
Your administrator should:
- Sign in to PaymentsPlus.
- Click on Administration
- Click on Users.
- Select your user.
- Click "Reset Password".
You will receive an email with your login name and password.
Contact Westpac
If you are unable to do either of the above options, you can request Westpac identify you and send an email to paymentsplus@qvalent.com.

Adding accounts or modules
To add accounts, products or users, phone contact your relationship manager or client manager.
Adding users
To add or update users, your administrator should::
- Sign in to PaymentsPlus.
- Click on Administration
- Click on Users.
- Click "Create New User".
Close a facility
To close a facility, contact your relationship manager or client manager.
